It is my pleasure to write about my experience with Zack. We were a relatively successful start up but had hit a wall in our growth. We were interested in adding more products to the singular product focus that we had. Zack was a great guide in helping us think about how to change our entire approach - from a "shopping cart" to a relationship model where our customer would treat us like a trusted partner through their entire journey as vehicle owners: from purchase, to young vehicle maintenance, to older vehicle maintenance to selling, Zack tested these ideas with partners and customers. He also then led us to a radically different digital design that turned heads. Truly a pleasure!
